dr. mueller image SANDRA M. MUELLER MD, PhD

Dr. Mueller is the Medical Director for PETROGLYPH Pathology Services. She is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology by the American Board of Pathology. She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where she served as chief resident. In addition, Dr. Mueller completed a Fellowship in Cytopathology and Surgical Pathology from the University of Chicago and obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry at the University of Illinois.



dr. mondragon pathologist image RICHARD M. MONDRAGON MD

Dr. Mondragon is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. He received his Medical degree from the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. Dr. Mondragon has served as Chief of Pathology for both William Beaumont Army Medical Center and the Naval Hospital at Twenty-Nine Palms. He has authored several publications on neuroscience, dermatology and gastrointestinal pathology, as well as receiving honors and awards from the Armed Forces Health Professionals and Minority Biomedical Research.


CHRISTINA SHETLAR, MD

Dr. Shetlar is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology by the American Board of Pathology. She received her medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas where she also completed residency, cytopathology fellowship, and a year as an assistant instructor in surgical pathology.  Once her medical training was complete, she and her husband decided that it was time to escape the humid heat, traffic, and enormous population of Dallas, Texas and move the family to New Mexico.


  


NEYLE SOLLEE, DDS, MD

Dr. Sollee is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. He received his dental and medical degrees from the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN. After dental school he was awarded a US Public Health Fellowship in Oral and General Pathology. He obtained a Master Degree in Pathology after two years. He entered Medical School directly after that at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN. He was a staff pathologist at Methodist University Hospital for 28 years. His interests include oral pathology, general surgical pathology, photography, astronomy and hiking. He and his wife Lea, moved to Santa Fe three years ago.


RICHARD ZITWER, MD

Dr. Zitwer is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine and completed his anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, New Jersey. Dr. Zitwer served as a staff pathologist at Underwood Memorial Hospital in New Jersey for 15 years, and served as Chairman of the Department of Pathology. Prior to that, he served as an attending pathologist at Saint Francis Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey for 16 years. Part of that time, he was Director of Anatomic Pathology.


SIMON MEYKLER, DO

Dr. Meykler is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. He received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Meykler went on to complete a fellowship in Surgical Pathology at the University of Washington. He has authored several publications, with a focus on cytopathology. Once finished with training, he and his wife relocated to sunny, beautiful New Mexico.
